1. For the manufacture of the flower base, approximately 3 sheets of double-sided colored paper (I use colored office paper) in A4 size are needed, we cut the strips with a width of 0.5 cm and a length of 21 cm (ie, on the short side of A4 sheet)

On a toothpick with a forked tip, we wind the strips so that we get tight spirals

On the tip of the strip we glue to the resulting spiral (I use PVA glue)

Here’s what happened.

With a toothpick, we help draw a cone out of the spiral, and then with the fingers we give the cone the desired length

Conical spirals should be the same size

And now we begin to collect the basis of the flower, i.e. spiral we glue to each other, in a circle

Here’s the first row

We begin to glue the second row

Two rows

Sorry, accidentally uploaded a double photo

The third

And the fourth

Then turn the resulting blank and also begin to glue the cones

So we got the base of the flower, it turned out seven rows, but the number of rows can be changed, all at your discretion

For the stalk we take a straw for a cocktail, depending on the size of the hole in the flower you got judged, you need to additionally create a thickness on the tip of the straw or not, in this case I needed to add thickness, to the tip of the strip at 1.5 cm. I apply glue and glue to the straw, winding.

Then cut off a strip of green paper 5.5 cm in width and 29.7 cm in length, add up twice the length (double fold to cut the fringe into two flowers)

Without cutting to the end we cut a fringe approximately on 0,4 see width, I do it on “eye”. At the ends of fringe I cut out triangles

Cut into length in half, one fringe is laid on the next flower

With a toothpick we twist a fringe a little

Then take the straw and glue the tip of our fringe to the thickening on the straw and spin

Now we connect the stem and the stem, i.e. glue

We put the inverted flower to dry

For the middle of the flower we take a strip 5 cm wide, fold doubly

Do not cut to the end finely, finely cut the fringe. That’s how fluffy it should turn out

We twist again on the toothpick of a flower

It remains only to paste this fuzzy to the base of the flower

So our flower-ball is ready!
